Explore image details and position meanings, then organize your own understanding.
When to use
For cultural learning, reviewing a present situation, and recording your own thoughts.
Reading boundaries
Positions offer reading perspectives; decisions still require your information and verification.
Steps and order
Choose a layout and reading mode. Shuffle, optionally cut, and draw, place, and reveal in position order. The order and orientation stay fixed for this round.
Reading path
Observe individual cards, then compare positions, neighbors, or a selected path. Separate images, references, and personal associations before saving your own understanding.
Worked practice
Fixed teaching example: I want to adjust a study routine that keeps being interrupted. These are demonstration cards, not a random round: 1. Position 1 → Ship: Distance, movement, and exchange come into view, inviting attention to what is being left and approached.; 2. Position 2 → Coffin: A phase is closing; acknowledge structures that no longer hold and make room for what follows.; 3. Position 3 → Child: Something new is still emerging; allow room for learning, trial, and gradual growth.; 4. Position 4 → Dog: Reliable relationships grow through everyday trust and support at key moments; notice how trust is built.; 5. Position 5 → Mice: Small losses keep consuming attention; locate the leak in anxiety, delay, or resources.; 6. Position 6 → Man: A male person comes into focus; set stereotypes aside and examine the specific person, action, and responsibility.; 7. Position 7 → Key: A crucial condition or workable entry point is becoming clearer; identify the leverage that can move the situation.; 8. Position 8 → Clover: A small, concrete opening is appearing; notice whether it can be received without exaggerating it.; 9. Position 9 → Snake: Attraction, interests, and concerns are intertwined; separate the strands and examine each cost.; 10. Position 10 → Birds: Conversation and fragments of news multiply; distinguish voices that deserve a response from distracting noise.; 11. Position 11 → Stork: Change, relocation, or improvement is developing; ask whether the old pattern is actually being renewed.; 12. Position 12 → Crossroads: Different roads often carry different values; name the real trade-off before choosing direction.; 13. Position 13 → Letter: Writing, notices, and records make information verifiable; turn ambiguity into something that can be checked.; 14. Position 14 → Moon: Feeling, rhythm, and the wish to be recognized intertwine; separate inner experience from outside appraisal.; 15. Position 15 → Rider: News arrives and action begins, drawing attention to the first step from an idea into reality.; 16. Position 16 → Clouds: The view is partly obscured; separate facts, assumptions, and feelings to identify missing information.; 17. Position 17 → Whip: Repeated friction or performance pressure is consuming attention; break the cycle into specific actions.; 18. Position 18 → Stars: Vision and inspiration offer a distant reference, keeping today's small action connected to direction.; 19. Position 19 → Mountain: Resistance and delay call for another look at path, scale, and patience; stopping can be an active judgment.; 20. Position 20 → Book: Knowledge and unopened material coexist; distinguish what needs study, verification, or temporary privacy.; 21. Position 21 → Sun: Clarity, visibility, and energy come forward; turn an advantage into an action that can be checked.; 22. Position 22 → Cross: Responsibility, pressure, and values converge; distinguish what must be carried from burdens that can be released.; 23. Position 23 → Tree: Long-term growth depends on roots and daily care, bringing body, habits, and accumulated effort into view.; 24. Position 24 → Scythe: A choice and boundary are close at hand; examine the cut, consequences, and irreversible parts before acting.; 25. Position 25 → Bear: Strength, protection, and resources gather together; power also needs proportion and responsibility.; 26. Position 26 → Garden: Public spaces and communities make views visible and test relationships and shared values.; 27. Position 27 → Ring: An agreement connects people, responsibilities, or a continuing process; clarify its scope and duration.; 28. Position 28 → Lily: Maturity, restraint, and calm are cultivated over time; use experience to reduce needless conflict.; 29. Position 29 → Anchor: Stability grows from repeatable support and long-term effort; distinguish being grounded from being stuck.; 30. Position 30 → House: Home, space, and inner order take priority; settle the foundation before moving outward.; 31. Position 31 → Bouquet: Appreciation, kindness, and invitation create connection; respond with warmth and sincerity.; 32. Position 32 → Fox: Caution and strategy are active; distinguish clear self-protection from hiding too much.; 33. Position 33 → Tower: Institutions, distance, and independent judgment take focus; decide when to enter a system and when to keep a boundary.; 34. Position 34 → Heart: Affection, attraction, and emotional resonance come forward; distinguish sincerity, projection, and passing feeling.; 35. Position 35 → Woman: A female person comes into focus; set stereotypes aside and examine the specific person, relationship, and responsibility.; 36. Position 36 → Fish: Resources, exchange, and movement need attention; observe where value comes from and where it goes.. Describe the visible image at each position, then separate the actual causes of interruption, adjustable conditions and personal associations. Journal: This week I will reserve one uninterrupted twenty-minute practice, then check what actually happened. Cross out associations that do not fit. Return to the saved entry to review whether the arrangement worked.
